Let us help you select the ideal roofing system for your building and budget.
Selecting a roof system does not have to be challenging. Keystone Contracting is Houston's trusted roofing company.
Selecting a new roof for residential or commercial buildings involves aesthetics, material cost, weight, performance requirements, and installation requirements.
Keystone Contracting endured a rigorous physical inspection and review of past roofing projects to ensure we met or surpassed their mark of excellence. Certainly, the most difficult certification to achieve by any residential shingle manufacturer in the industry.
Keystone Contracting is certified by Atlas Roof Shingles, Malarkey Roof Shingles and CertainTeed as a Select ShingleMaster, the highest level of residential roofing certification they offer.

IMPORTANT: Do not become a victim. Research your contractor and the materials they will be using to ensure you are receiving quality products and professional installation and pay your full deductible. It’s the law.
All honest and qualified contractors will require you pay your full deductible. It’s the law!
If you have any questions call Keystone Contracting and we will be happy to assist you through the insurance claim process.
We can help. Keystone Contracting will provide a thorough roof inspection and give you a first-hand evaluation of the damage, condition, options, insurance issues and requirements, and other considerations. This process is completed with full transparency.
If any of the above occur - you have an unhealthy roof. Contact Keystone Contracting immediately for a FREE ROOF EVALUATION.
If anyone suggests that you "make money" or "not pay your full deductible" on the roof installation and/or property claim with a contract price of $1,000.00 or greater, this is INSURANCE FRAUD, and you and the contractor could face jail time and fines. "Waiving Deductibles", "Absorbing Deductibles", "Discounting Deductibles", "Rebates", "Credits", "Offsets", "Sign Allowances" or any form of avoiding monetary payment of the required insurance deductible. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW!
"Texas Law requires a person insured under a property insurance policy to pay any deductible applicable to a claim made under the policy. It is a violation of Texas law for a person or business paid wholly or partly from proceeds of a property insurance claim to knowingly allow the policyholder to fail to pay, or assist the policyholder's failure to pay, the applicable insurance deductible."
The new statute gives insurance companies and the State two ways to enforce these requirements.
FIRST - Insurance companies may now "refuse to pay a claim for replacement cost value" until the insured provides proof of payment of the deductible (Texas Insurance Code 707.005)
SECOND - It will be a Class A misdemeanor to violate the statute; both the service provider and the insured are subject to violations. (Texas Insurance Code 707.006)
