free roof inspection & evaluation

Proudly serving Houston homeowners, businesses and property owners

Keystone Contracting will Inspect, evaluate and scope your roofing conditions, provide a detail insurance claims recommendations and next steps in person, by phone or email.

The roof is a critical line of defense for any building. A new roof can be expensive, often inconvenient, and no one likes having to pay to replace a roof. No one likes dealing with insurance companies. But it is necessary to keep occupants and belongings protected.

Our roofing specialists can provide a FREE roof evaluation for both residential and commercial buildings. We will be happy to answer any questions every step of the way.

A roof needs regular checkups for early identification of roof deterioration and preventative maintenance.

Is any size roof leak, small or large, an emergency?  The answer is yes. By the time you spot evidence of a roof leak, you could be facing costly roofing and structural repairs.

early signs of a failing roof

Residential or Commercial Building

To avoid costly building damage, identify the early signs of a failing roof.

  • Water stains on the ceiling or mold on the walls, may be apparent even from inside the building.
  • Cracking seams or cuts in the roof cover, which can open a path for moisture to seep in below the roof cover.
  • Roofing deterioration due to age and exposure to the elements, clogged gutters, damaged flashing, broken tiles or shingles, or loose fasteners can cause minor leaks at any time or after a storm.
